Online Sales Associate Job Description:

We are seeking Sales Associates for our Ford, Lincoln and Nissan dealerships in Wilson, NC. You will have the opportunity to sell anything on the lot including pre-owned vehicles. We're looking for motivated, enthusiastic and outgoing individuals who are looking for a career, not  just another job. Prior automotive sales experience is not required-but must be willing to take direction. Computer experience preferred. Must be comfortable communicating online. Bi-lingual a plus! Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Valid in-state driver's license.
- Professional personal appearance. 
- Excellent communication skills. 
- Ability to meet selling quotas established by dealership policy standards. 
- Pre-employment testing required including background checks, MVR, and drug testing. 
- No experience necessary; we will train.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Ability to determine a customer?s vehicle ?needs and wants? by asking questions and listening.
- Ability to demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives).
- Report to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, review and analysis.
- Constantly update your knowledge on incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. and how they benefit the customer.
